It is a local company founded in the city of Cusco, by William Gonzales G, Nero, Charli as he is known to most of his friends and official tour guide. Since he was a child he has lived in the Andes, At the age of 14, he started working in livestock farming with his parents, then they decided to open a family restaurant called ‘El Rancho del Cuy’ where they serve the traditional dishes of cuy al horno, cuy chactado and chiriuchu, typical dishes of the Cusco region. The restaurant is located in the village of Tipon, 21 km south of the city of Cusco, Later on he worked as a taxi driver on the route from the village of Choque pata ‘Tipon’ to the archaeological complex of Tipon, taking national and foreign passengers. This experience inspired him to study to become an Official Tourist Guide, and with the help of the restaurant ‘E Rancho del Cuy’ he began to pay for his studies to become an Official Tourist Guide. Growing up and living in the Andes has made him appreciate the mountains and explore his heritage.

The idea was and is to make a difference by paying them a fair and legal wage, from the first trip they started until today.
